What is UV Coating?

It is a protective layer against weaknesses such as scratching during use on PVC, Wood, and Paper surfaces, resistance to various chemicals, and yellowing in sunlight.

Advantages:

  • The greatest advantage is the time-saving in production compared to conventional (solvent-based) varnishes.
  • The product cures as it passes under a UV lamp with the appropriate dosage and becomes ready for packaging or sanding. In conventional products, this process can take 12 to 24 hours depending on the situation.
  • Solvent-free products can be formulated, making them environmentally friendly.
  • Scratch and solvent resistance is significantly better than conventional products.
